The FIRST 31.7 Yamaha Waverunner, skipper Charles Etienne Devanneaux, is the winner of the Spi Ouest France 2006 in categorie IRC 4. This FIRST 31.7 has been launched and commissionned by Cornouaille Nautique in 2004 .
