Cornouaille Nautique in the Forefront
For 30 years, Cornouaille Nautique
has continued to make a name for itself on all stretches
of sea where regattas are sailed. By optimizing each of
its production boats, Cornouaille Nautique has managed
to bring its home crews to the forefront.
This experience is directly put to use for the benefit
of new owners who are Cornouaille Nautique customers.

Cornouaille Nautique |
In 2004 and 2005, in the hands of Laurent
Tilleau and then Hervé Ricoux, the "Cornouaille Nautique"
First 36.7, found its way onto most of the IRC podiums
on the Antlantic. The boat was prepared in minute detail
by Cornouaille Nautique's technical crew: time spent in
paint booth, preparation of kell and rudder, optimization
of the IRC rating.
In 2004, the First36.7 crossed the Channel
to go and win the Cork Week in its class. The Cork Week
is the most important European regatta, with 700 boats
on the starting line.
In 2005, the "Cornouaille Nautique" First
36.7, made a name for itself in the Tour of Finistère
and finished 2nd in the Atlantic Trophy,
in IRC 2, just behind its namesake from the Bénéteau Boatyard.
The Atlantic Trophy brings together hundreds
of production sailboats every year, with the Spi Ouest-France,
Obelix Trophy, Grand Prix du Télégramme and the Crouest
Grand Prix.
Since then, the boat was sold to a happy
owner in Dinard, who still takes part in regattas.

FIRST 34.7 Cornouaille 2007 |
Next May, a new "Cornouaille Nautique"
First 34.7 will go into preparation in the Bénodet workshop,
to undergo a little optimization treatment before the
first races scheduled for June. The driving force of the
boat, the set of sails, is subjected to an in-depth study
and 3 sailmakers will be our suppliers for the sailing
season 2006 (North sails, Incidences and All Purpose).
Each time we deal with production boats
and it is their careful preparation that makes the difference.
Every day, Cornouaille Nautique customers can
benefit from this experience.
